HOLY COW! P90X3 is awesome! Did a double yesterday because I was behind. Yes, I blew it off for two days, and ended up feeling horrible. Yes, it happens. I just couldn't get moving in this bitter cold weather. I decided I would double up today and tomorrow to catch up. Holy soreness! It will be worth it though! Going to push through today's double despite the fact I can barely lift my arms. I don't care though! I'm dying to get rid of the flub around my belly from having a baby. P90X3=great workouts in 30 minutes!
