Chia Seeds A.K.A. SUPER-SEEDS

Chia Seeds used to be used in 3500 BC by ancient Mayans and Aztecs.  They used this super-seed to increase stamina and energy for long periods of time. They deliver the maximum amount of nutrients with very little caloric intake.  Unlike flax-seed you can reap the benefits of this seed with out grinding it! This little seed is loaded with fiber, omega 3s, calcium, antioxidants, and protein.

Trying adding this super-seed to your SHAKEOLOGY!   Its fabulous.  For those of you that don't like a chunky texture, don't worry. The seeds are so tiny you barely notice them. However, you WILL notice how much longer you stay full! Plus, these babies do a lot of work behind the scenes.  They add calcium to your diet and they aid in digestion.  They also aid in heart, skin, hair, and nail health too!
